Does RAITHub have offices outside Bangladesh? +
No. RAITHub is based in Dhaka and delivers remotely. There are no local offices or local phone numbers, and every engagement runs over video calls, a shared tracker and written daily handoffs.
How many working hours overlap with a Dhaka team? +
Dhaka is UTC+6 with no daylight saving. On a 9:00 to 18:00 day at both ends, the Gulf and Singapore share 6 to 7 hours, Central Europe 4 to 5, the UK 3 to 4 and Sydney 4 to 5. Clients in the US, Canada, Colombia and the Caribbean get a fixed daily 2-hour window, Dhaka 19:00 to 21:00.
Can RAITHub work under my country’s data-protection law? +
RAITHub signs data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses, and works inside your controls: production stays in your cloud account and development uses synthetic data. It holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and gives no legal advice, so confirm the transfer rules with your adviser.
What language does RAITHub work in? +
English only. RAITHub builds and tests right-to-left and multilingual interfaces, but project communication, documentation and copy are in English. Translated copy comes from you or your translator.
What working week does RAITHub keep? +
The working week is agreed per client, so a Sunday to Thursday Gulf week or a Monday to Friday week both work. Everything outside the live overlap is covered by written handoffs at the end of each Dhaka day.
