Pre-launch QA services to find the bugs before your users and investors do.

RAITHub's pre-launch QA service is a fixed-scope audit run before you go live or ship a big release. Testers work through the critical journeys and hand you a ranked bug report with reproduction steps and fixes. It is a one-off checkpoint you can buy on its own, then continue with ongoing QA if you want.

[ PROCESS ]
HOW IT WORKS

How it works.

Every phase ends with something you can read, run or check, and you decide before the next one starts.

01

Technical audit

A free 15-minute call about the product, the launch date and the journeys that matter most. You hear whether an audit fits.

Scope + fixed quote
02

Launch audit

Testers work through the agreed journeys on desktop and real phones, covering payments, auth, security, accessibility and performance smoke checks.

Ranked bug report
03

Fix

Fix the issues yourself from the steps in the report, or have the same RAITHub engineers fix them under a separate fixed quote.

Fixes, by you or us
04

Keep testing (optional)

Carry on with a monthly QA plan that retests the key journeys each release, so the next deploy does not break what you just shipped.

[ ENGAGEMENT ]
HOW PRICING WORKS

Fixed scope or a dedicated team. No published rates.

Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute technical audit and ends in a fixed, written quote. For market ranges, read what it costs. The pricing page explains both models.

Pre-launch QA is a one-off at a fixed price, quoted after a free 15-minute call once the scope is clear: which journeys, devices and payment flows. After it you can stop, ask RAITHub to fix what it found (the same engineers build software, through code rescue), or move to a monthly QA plan that retests each release.

[ HONEST_FIT ]
WHEN TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE

When RAITHub is not the right fit.

Saying no early is cheaper for both sides than a project that was never going to fit.

  • You need a CREST- or PCI-certified penetration test or a compliance attestation. The security checks here are a smoke test against OWASP guidance and produce no attestation.

  • You need a full WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit for a tender or legal sign-off. This includes an accessibility smoke check only; the accessibility testing service runs the full audit.

  • You want testers placed in your team under your management. RAITHub does not offer staff augmentation.

  • You need round-the-clock coverage, reports in a language other than English, or a vendor certified to SOC 2 or ISO 27001. RAITHub is not certified.

FAQ

Pre-Launch QA questions

Straight answers to what buyers ask before they book a call.

What is a pre-launch QA audit? +

A fixed-scope round of testing run before you go live or ship a big release. Testers work through the critical journeys and hand you a ranked bug report with severity, reproduction steps and a suggested fix for each issue, so you know what to fix before launch.

What does the pre-launch QA audit cover? +

Functional testing of the main journeys, mobile checks on real phones, payments in test mode, auth and data access, and smoke checks for security, accessibility and performance. You get a ranked bug report that splits what to fix before launch from what can wait.

How much does a pre-launch QA audit cost? +

RAITHub publishes no rates. The audit has a fixed price, quoted after a free 15-minute call once the scope is clear: which journeys, devices and payment flows. The QA as a Service pricing guide covers market ranges for one-off audits.

Can you fix the bugs you find before launch? +

Yes, if you want. The same engineers who test also build software, so RAITHub can fix the issues under a separate fixed quote through its code rescue service. Or your own team can fix from the report, since every issue comes with reproduction steps.

What happens after the launch audit? +

You can stop, fix the issues, or continue with a monthly QA plan that retests the key journeys each release. A launch is one checkpoint; most products keep shipping, and a plan keeps the next deploy from breaking what you just launched.
