Founder & Lead Engineer, RAITHub
RAITHub does not publish hourly or day rates. It prices defined work as a fixed quote with written assumptions, and ongoing work as a predictable monthly rate for a dedicated team. To get a real number, book the free 15-minute technical audit; you then receive a written estimate that lists every assumption behind it.
This page explains how RAITHub pricing works in practice: the two engagement models, what is always included, what moves the price, how small jobs work, and how to leave. For market-wide cost ranges, it links to the general guides instead of repeating them.
How much does RAITHub cost?
It depends on scope, and RAITHub gives you the actual number in writing rather than a rate card. The first step, a 15-minute technical audit call, is free.
Why no public rates? Because an hourly rate tells you very little about what you will pay in total. A low rate multiplied by an unknown number of hours is still an unknown number. RAITHub would rather do the harder work: understand the scope, write down the assumptions, and quote the total.
If you want to understand market prices before you talk to anyone, read the guide to the cost of hiring developers in Bangladesh and the SaaS MVP cost breakdown for 2026. They cover the general market. This page covers only how RAITHub prices.
What engagement models does RAITHub offer?
RAITHub offers two models: fixed-scope at a fixed price, and a dedicated team billed monthly. The right one depends on how stable your scope is. RAITHub does not offer staff augmentation, where engineers are placed inside your team under your management; every engagement has a RAITHub-owned deliverable and a founder review.
| Model | Best for | How the price works | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed-scope, fixed-price | MVPs, proofs of concept, defined builds and migrations | A fixed price against a written spec. You know the number before work starts. Overruns that are RAITHub's fault are absorbed by RAITHub. | Runs to its deliverable |
| Dedicated team (monthly) | Ongoing product development where scope evolves | A predictable monthly rate, with consistent people who learn your product | Month-to-month, short notice period |
If you are unsure which model fits, the dedicated team vs fixed-price comparison explains the trade-offs in general terms. On the audit call, RAITHub will also recommend one and explain why.
How are RAITHub's four services priced?
Three of the four services are fixed scope; QA and reliability is a tiered monthly retainer. The typical timelines below come from the services page.
| Service | Pricing basis | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| SaaS & MVP Development | Fixed scope | 4–6 weeks |
| Complex Backend & API Architecture | Fixed scope | 6–12 weeks |
| QA & Reliability Engineering | Monthly retainer, tiered | Ongoing |
| Code Rescue & Growth Engineering | Fixed audit, then fixed scope | 2–4 weeks, starting with a 2-week diagnostic |
What is always included in a RAITHub engagement?
Six things are included in every engagement, whatever the model or size. They are not paid extras.
- Founder-reviewed architecture. Rupak Amin, Founder & Lead Engineer, reviews the architecture on every engagement.
- A real test suite with CI gates. Zero regressions is the standard. See how RAITHub tests for the method.
- Full IP ownership assigned to you, through a present-assignment clause.
- An NDA signed before any detailed discussion.
- Weekly demos and honest progress reporting, every Friday.
- Runbooks and handover, so your team can operate what RAITHub builds.
This matters when you compare quotes. A lower quote that leaves out tests, handover or IP assignment is not the same product at a lower price. It is a different, riskier product.
What drives the price of a RAITHub project?
Four things move the price most: scope and complexity, seniority and team size, timeline, and compliance and security needs. Scope and complexity is the biggest lever.
- Scope and complexity. The number of features, integrations and edge cases. For scale, the TheSkinProof marketplace (the founder's own venture, built and run by RAITHub) has 5 role-based portals and 4 payment rails. Every extra role, portal or payment provider adds design and testing work.
- Seniority and team size. Senior-heavy teams cost more per hour but usually less per outcome, because less work is redone.
- Timeline. A compressed timeline needs more parallel capacity, and that costs more.
- Compliance and security. Regulated work adds design, testing and audit effort. The Sundor Skin wholesale platform, for example, has 12 staff roles, 88 permission codes and an append-only hash-chained audit log; that level of access control is real engineering work and is priced as such.
What does not drive the price: the time you spend talking to RAITHub before you decide. The audit call and the written memo are free.
How does a fixed quote with written assumptions work?
RAITHub writes the price and the assumptions behind it into the same document, so both sides can see exactly what the number covers.
Assumptions are the facts a price depends on. For example: how many user roles there are, which payment provider you use, whether data must be migrated from an old system. When they are written down, three things become clear:
- What you are paying for. The spec and the assumptions define the deliverable.
- Who carries which risk. If the work overruns because RAITHub estimated badly or made a mistake, RAITHub absorbs that cost.
- What a change looks like. If you decide to change the scope, you can see which assumption changed. It becomes a decision you make with the facts in front of you, not a surprise on an invoice.
For fixed-scope work, the architecture spec (schema, API contracts, infrastructure plan, risk register) is signed off by you before production code is written. That sign-off is what makes a fixed price realistic instead of hopeful. The full sequence is in how RAITHub delivers software.
Does RAITHub take small jobs?
Yes. Small fixed-scope jobs are welcome, and the contact form has an "Under $5k" budget, a "$5k–$25k" budget and a "Fix a specific issue" option.
A small job works the same way as a large one, only shorter. You describe the problem, take the 15-minute audit call, and receive a written fixed quote with assumptions. Good candidates are one clearly bounded problem on a critical path, such as checkout, auth, payments or data. If the problem turns out to be larger than one fix, the code rescue playbook explains the 2-week diagnostic RAITHub uses instead of guessing.
Small jobs get the same standards as large ones: tests for the fix, gated in CI, and code review before it merges.
Is there a lock-in or long contract?
No long lock-in. Fixed-scope projects run to their deliverable; dedicated-team work is month-to-month with a short notice period.
Leaving is also practical, not only contractual. You own the IP and the codebase throughout. Runbooks and handover are part of every engagement, so a new team, or your own, can take over without starting from zero.
How does RAITHub keep costs down without cutting quality?
RAITHub keeps costs down through its Bangladesh-based cost structure and by avoiding rework, not by removing tests or senior review.
- Location. RAITHub operates from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and its quotes reflect that cost structure. It does not publish a percentage saving, because it has no sourced number that would be honest. For the wider picture, read how to choose a software company in Bangladesh.
- Less rework. Signing off the spec before code, and gating every change with tests in CI, means fewer surprises late in the project, when changes are most expensive.
- Small scopes are allowed. You can start with one fixed-scope job instead of committing to a large project.
Who is RAITHub not a good fit for on price?
RAITHub is not the right choice if the lowest possible hourly rate is your main criterion, or if you need something RAITHub cannot honestly provide yet.
- You want the lowest possible hourly rate, with no QA. Tests and CI gates are included in every engagement and cannot be removed to lower the quote.
- You need a public rate card before any conversation. RAITHub quotes per project, in writing.
- You need a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified vendor today. RAITHub is not certified; see the security page.
- You are building regulated fintech (lending, custody, card issuing) or a regulated health product without a compliance partner. RAITHub has not shipped one.
- You want to pay purely by the hour with no defined scope for a project that could be specified. RAITHub will usually suggest writing the spec first.
How do you get a real number from RAITHub?
Book the free 15-minute technical audit on the contact page; RAITHub follows up with a written audit memo and an estimate with its assumptions.
- Fill in the contact form. Pick the engagement type (including "Fix a specific issue" or "Not sure yet"), your timeline and a budget range. "Need guidance" is an option too.
- Sign the NDA. RAITHub signs it before any detailed discussion of your product.
- Take the 15-minute audit call. Scope, risks and real constraints.
- Receive the written audit memo and estimate, with the assumptions listed. You keep the memo even if you do not hire RAITHub.

Frequently asked questions
Does RAITHub publish hourly or day rates?
No. RAITHub does not publish hourly or day rates. It gives a fixed quote with written assumptions for defined work, or a predictable monthly rate for a dedicated team.
How do I get a price from RAITHub?
Book the free 15-minute technical audit via the contact page. RAITHub follows up with a written audit memo and an estimate that lists the assumptions behind the number.
Does RAITHub take projects under $5k?
Yes. Small fixed-scope jobs are welcome. The contact form has an "Under $5k" budget and a "Fix a specific issue" option for one well-defined problem.
What happens if a fixed-price project goes over budget?
If the overrun is RAITHub's fault, RAITHub absorbs it. If you change the scope, the written assumptions show what changed, so the new decision is made openly.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in with RAITHub?
No long lock-in. Fixed-scope work runs to its deliverable, and dedicated-team work is month-to-month with a short notice period.
What is included in every RAITHub price?
Founder-reviewed architecture, a real test suite with CI gates, full IP assignment to you, an NDA before detailed discussion, weekly demos with honest reporting, and runbooks with handover.
Why is RAITHub cost-effective?
RAITHub has a Bangladesh-based cost structure and avoids rework through signed-off specs and CI-gated tests. It does not publish a percentage saving because it has no sourced figure.
Who owns the code if I stop working with RAITHub?
You do. Full IP ownership is assigned to you through a present-assignment clause, and you own the codebase throughout, with runbooks to support the next team.
