Founder & Lead Engineer, RAITHub
RAITHub is a founder-led software engineering studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, founded in 2024 by Rupak Amin. It builds SaaS products and MVPs, complex backends and APIs, QA and reliability systems, and rescues struggling codebases for clients worldwide. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute technical audit call and includes founder-reviewed architecture and a real test suite.
This page is the plain, factual summary: who RAITHub is, what it builds, how it works, what it costs to start, what it has shipped, and when it is the wrong choice. The numbers come from platforms RAITHub designed and built, and each one links to a case study you can read.
Who is RAITHub?
RAITHub is a software engineering studio in Dhaka, Bangladesh, led by its founder, Rupak Amin (Founder & Lead Engineer). It was founded in 2024, works remotely with clients worldwide, and delivers in English.
"Founder-led" is a working rule, not a slogan. The founder reviews the architecture on every engagement. The person you speak to on the first call does not quietly hand your project to someone you have never met. Whoever writes code on your project builds against an architecture that the founder has reviewed and that you have signed off.

What does RAITHub build?
RAITHub offers four services: SaaS and MVP development, complex backend and API architecture, QA and reliability engineering, and code rescue for existing products. Each one has a defined scope, a typical timeline and a named deliverable.
| Service | What you get | Typical timeline | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|
| SaaS & MVP Development | A production-grade product from zero: authentication and role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security, Stripe billing, an observability baseline, branch previews and CI gates. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres. Handover includes a runbook. | 4–6 weeks | Fixed scope |
| Complex Backend & API Architecture | A domain model (ERD) signed off before code, idempotent write paths, Postgres-backed background jobs, an OpenAPI spec with contract tests and a versioning policy, and audit logs. Stack: Postgres, Prisma, Redis. | 6–12 weeks | Fixed scope |
| QA & Reliability Engineering | A test pyramid gated in CI (type-checks, unit, integration, contract, end-to-end), performance budgets in CI (LCP, INP, P95), synthetic monitoring, incident playbooks and a weekly reliability report. Tools: Playwright, k6, Sentry. | Ongoing | Monthly retainer, tiered |
| Code Rescue & Growth Engineering | A 2-week diagnostic (codebase audit, infrastructure audit, risk register), then stabilising critical paths such as checkout, auth, payments and data. Stack-agnostic. | 2–4 weeks | Fixed audit, then fixed scope |
Code rescue needs one extra sentence, because it is often misunderstood. RAITHub does not begin by proposing to rewrite everything. The diagnostic finds what is costing you money, time or sleep, replaces that, and keeps what works. There is more detail on the RAITHub services page and in the code rescue playbook.
How does RAITHub work?
RAITHub works in four phases: a technical audit, an architecture spec, a build with weekly demos, and hardening plus handover. Each phase ends with something you can read, run or check.
- Technical audit. A free 15-minute call about scope, risks and real constraints. You receive a written audit memo (PDF), even if you decide not to work together.
- Architecture spec. Schema, API contracts, infrastructure plan and a risk register. It is founder-reviewed and signed off by you before any production code is written.
- Build, with weekly demos. Working software every Friday, branch previews, and contract tests on every pull request. Each week you get a demo and a changelog.
- Hardening and handover. Performance budgets, alerting, runbooks and an on-call playbook. RAITHub does not disappear at launch.
The full walkthrough, including what a normal week looks like and what happens when something goes wrong, is in how RAITHub delivers software.
How much does it cost to start with RAITHub?
The first step is a free 15-minute technical audit call. RAITHub does not publish hourly or day rates. After the call you receive a written estimate with its assumptions listed.
There are two engagement models: fixed-scope at a fixed price, and a dedicated monthly team. RAITHub does not offer staff augmentation. Fixed-scope work runs to its deliverable. Dedicated-team work is month-to-month with a short notice period, so there is no long lock-in. If a fixed-price project overruns because of a RAITHub mistake, RAITHub absorbs that cost.
Small jobs are welcome. The contact form has an "Under $5k" budget option and a "Fix a specific issue" option for one well-defined problem. The complete picture is in RAITHub pricing and engagement models and on the pricing page.
What has RAITHub built?
RAITHub has designed and built the production platforms below, each with a published case study, plus its own website. The numbers are measured from those codebases. The work page also has BlockEstate, a multi-tenant listing platform whose MVP shipped in 6 weeks, and PadhAI, an AI tutoring platform.
| Platform we built | What it is | Measured scale | Automated tests |
|---|---|---|---|
| TheSkinProof | Verified-skincare marketplace and the founder's own venture, built and run by RAITHub. Live at theskinproof.com since Q2 2025, still in active development | 225K+ lines of code, 217 API endpoints, 5 role-based portals (store, admin, seller, warehouse, auth), 4 payment rails (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, cash on delivery), a four-gate product verification pipeline | 750+ |
| Sundor Skin | B2B skincare wholesale platform, live at wholesale.sundorskin.com, deployed in September 2026 | 77 route pages, 146 PostgreSQL tables, 189 SQL functions, 76 migrations, 12 staff roles, 88 permission codes, row-level security, an append-only hash-chained audit log | 530+ |
| PropDesk | Property-management SaaS for landlords with 1–50 units, built from a 122-page SRS | 130+ API endpoints, 60+ pages, 4 user roles, 5 daily automation jobs | 1,024 |
Read the full stories: the TheSkinProof multi-vendor marketplace case study, the Sundor Skin B2B wholesale platform case study, and the PropDesk property-management case study. All of them are on the work page.
Beyond these platforms, RAITHub has delivered 8 client projects, including a fintech dashboard, a healthcare scheduling app, and four SaaS products ranging from early MVPs to platforms with 10,000+ users.
The RAITHub website is held to the same standard. As of September 2026 it runs 400+ automated tests in CI. Before launch it went through a security review and a code review. Those reviews found a real bug, an admin partial-update bug, and it was fixed with regression tests before release. That is what a quality gate is for: the bug is found by a reviewer, not by a user.
Are there RAITHub reviews?
Not yet. RAITHub has no third-party reviews published today, so this page does not quote any. The evidence it offers instead is measurable: the case studies above, with test counts, endpoint counts and live URLs you can check yourself.
If you are comparing vendors, use the checklist in how to choose a software development company and apply it to RAITHub as strictly as to anyone else. The free audit memo is also a low-risk test: you can judge the quality of RAITHub's thinking in writing before you spend anything.
Why choose RAITHub on quality, service and budget?
RAITHub's case rests on mechanisms you can check, not on adjectives: tests gated in CI, a founder who stays on the work, and fixed quotes with written assumptions.
Quality
- QA-first. Every engagement includes a real test suite with CI gates, and zero regressions is the standard. A change that breaks a test does not merge.
- Founder-reviewed architecture. The schema, API contracts and infrastructure plan are reviewed by the founder before production code is written.
- Measured, not claimed. 750+ tests on TheSkinProof, 530+ on Sundor Skin, 1,024 on PropDesk, 400+ on the RAITHub website. The method is explained in how RAITHub tests: QA-first development.
Service
- Founder-led. No silent hand-off to junior staff after the sales call.
- Weekly demos every Friday, with a changelog and honest progress reporting, including bad news.
- A written audit memo, even if you do not hire RAITHub.
- An NDA signed before any detailed discussion of your product.
- Runbooks and handover, so your team can operate what was built.
Budget
- Fixed quotes with written assumptions, so you know the number before work starts.
- Overruns that are RAITHub's fault are absorbed by RAITHub, not billed to you.
- Month-to-month for ongoing work, with no long lock-in.
- Small fixed-scope jobs are welcome. You do not need a large project to start.
- A Bangladesh-based cost structure. RAITHub does not publish a percentage saving, because it has no sourced number that would be honest. The wider context is in how to choose a software company in Bangladesh.
Who is RAITHub a good fit for?
RAITHub fits founders and CTOs who want production-grade software with tests, a fixed number up front, and a senior engineer accountable for the architecture.
- Founders who need an MVP or SaaS product built properly the first time: auth, billing, multi-tenancy and CI from day one.
- CTOs who need a backend or API designed with a signed-off data model, contract tests and a versioning policy.
- Teams whose existing codebase is slowing them down and who want a diagnostic before any big decision.
- Teams that ship often and want CI gates, performance budgets and monitoring to stop regressions.
- Companies in the US, UK, EU and elsewhere that are comfortable working remotely in English with a studio in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Who is RAITHub not a good fit for?
RAITHub is the wrong choice if you need a certified vendor today, a regulated fintech or health build without your own compliance partner, or the lowest possible hourly rate with no QA.
- You need a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified vendor now. RAITHub is not certified, and your procurement process may require the certificate.
- You are building a regulated fintech product (lending, custody, card issuing) or a regulated health product without a compliance partner. RAITHub has not shipped one of these, and it would rather say so than learn on your product.
- You want the lowest possible hourly rate and no testing. A real test suite with CI gates is part of every engagement. If tests are the first thing you want to cut, another vendor will suit you better.
- You want code written before anything is agreed. RAITHub signs off the architecture spec with you before production code starts.
- You need a public rate card before any conversation. RAITHub quotes per project, in writing, after the audit call.
Is RAITHub secure and certified?
RAITHub is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. It follows practices aligned with those standards: access control, audit logging, encryption, code review and incident response.
Two contract terms apply to every engagement. An NDA is signed before any detailed discussion, and full IP ownership is assigned to you through a present-assignment clause, so you own the code and the codebase throughout. The details are on the security page.
How do you contact RAITHub?
Book the free 15-minute technical audit on the contact page, or email hello@raithub.com.
It helps to include three things: what you are building or fixing, your rough timeline, and your budget range. If you are not sure of the budget, the form has a "Need guidance" option. You can read more about the founder and the studio on the about page.
