Founder & Lead Engineer, RAITHub
RAITHub does SEO as engineering plus writing, not tricks. The playbook is: make the site fast and crawlable, publish answer-first pages that match what buyers actually search, mark them up with structured data, and combine classic ranking (SEO), being quoted in AI answers (AEO) and local or country targeting (GEO). The outcome is organic growth without paid ads, measured in traffic and enquiries, never promised rankings.

What does RAITHub actually mean by SEO?
Three things, done together rather than as separate projects.
- SEO: classic search engine optimisation, ranking pages on search engines for the questions your buyers type.
- AEO: answer engine optimisation, getting cited in AI answers from assistants and summarised search results. Covered in the AEO guide.
- GEO: geographic optimisation, targeting a city or a country so a service business shows up where its customers are. Covered in local and geo SEO.
Treating them as one job is deliberate. The same fast, crawlable, clearly-structured page that ranks on a search engine is the one a model quotes and the one a local search surfaces. Splitting the work into three teams would repeat the same foundation three times.
What is the technical floor, and why first?
Because content a crawler cannot reach, or that loads too slowly to keep a visitor, will not rank however good it is. RAITHub fixes the floor before publishing volume.
| Floor item | The bar | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Crawlability and indexing | Real URLs, internal links, a correct XML sitemap | A page no crawler reaches cannot rank; a wrong-domain sitemap silently hides the lot |
| Core Web Vitals | LCP 2.5s or less, INP 200ms or less, CLS 0.1 or less (web.dev), at the 75th percentile | Slow pages lose visitors and rank worse |
| Structured data | JSON-LD, which Google recommends | Tells engines what a page is, so it qualifies for richer results and is easier to quote |
| People-first content | Answer the question outright; no padding (Search Essentials) | What search rewards and what answer engines quote |
This site runs on that floor. The sitemap-domain fix and Core Web Vitals guide come straight from the work done on it.
How does RAITHub choose what to write?
By intent, not by vanity keywords. The process is plain:
- List the real questions. What buyers type when they have the problem RAITHub solves, in their own words, including the long conversational phrasing people use with an AI assistant.
- Group by intent. Problem, comparison, cost and use case, each pulling a reader at a different distance from a decision.
- Prioritise by closeness to a decision and by how well RAITHub can answer it honestly, with real proof.
- Write answer-first. Each page opens with a complete answer, then earns the click with depth, a table and a worked example.
Every page then links to the next logical one, so a reader (and a crawler) moves through the topic instead of hitting a dead end.
What is the honest proof behind this?
RAITHub runs the playbook on its own ventures, with no ad budget, and reports the organic outcome rather than a number it cannot verify.
- TheSkinProof is the founder's own venture, not a client, and is always described that way. It grows its organic traffic and sales with no paid ads and no boosting.
- Sundor Skin's content site is live and brings wholesale buyers in through organic search, with no ads.
- This RAITHub site ranks for its own terms through the same technical and content work, and backs it with 400+ tests in CI.
What RAITHub does not do is quote a revenue figure or promise a ranking. Organic traffic and enquiries are the outcome; a position on a search engine depends on competitors and on engines RAITHub does not control.
Buy, build or hire this capability?
You can grow organically three ways. The right one depends on how much of it you want to own versus run.
| Route | What it is | Choose this when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| In-house | You hire or train for technical SEO and content | Organic is core and you can keep the skill in the building | One hire rarely covers code, content and measurement |
| Tools and freelancers | An audit tool plus writers you brief | You have someone technical to fix what the tool finds | Tools diagnose; they do not fix code or make the calls |
| A build-and-run partner | Technical SEO, content and measurement handled together | You want organic growing while you build the product | Insist the site and content stay in your ownership |
Do-it-yourself time estimate: 8 to 16 hours to set the technical floor, then a few hours per article, ongoing. The main risk of doing it alone is publishing good content on a site that is too slow or un-crawlable for it to ever rank.
How RAITHub would approach this
For a product starting from near zero, a RAITHub SEO engagement looks like:
- Audit the floor: crawlability, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and structured data, with every fix written down.
- Map intent: the real questions your buyers type, grouped and prioritised by closeness to a decision.
- Publish answer-first pages that serve SEO, AEO and GEO at once, each linking to the next.
- Add markup: FAQPage, Organization and breadcrumb JSON-LD, so engines parse the pages cleanly.
- Measure monthly: organic sessions, queries and enquiries, and presence in AI answers, as a trend.
What you receive: a fast, crawlable site; a library of pages you own; correct markup and sitemap; and an honest monthly read. No guaranteed rankings, no revenue figures, no paid boosting. Next step: a free 15-minute audit, then a written scope.
To start, tell RAITHub where your organic traffic stands. If you need the product built or tested too, the QA as a service team can take that on.
Frequently asked questions
Does RAITHub guarantee rankings?
No. Rankings depend on competitors and on search engines RAITHub does not control, so a guarantee would be dishonest. RAITHub commits to the engineering and content that give a page its strongest honest chance, measured by organic traffic and enquiries.
Does RAITHub use paid ads?
No. The playbook is organic: a fast, crawlable site and answer-first content. RAITHub's own ventures, including TheSkinProof, the founder's own venture, grow with no paid ads and no boosting.
What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO is ranking on search engines, AEO is being cited in AI answers, and GEO is targeting a city or country. RAITHub does them together because they share the same fast, clear, well-structured foundation.
Why fix the technical side before writing content?
Because content a crawler cannot reach, or a page too slow to keep a visitor, will not rank however good it is. Fixing crawlability and speed first means every page you publish afterwards has a real chance.
Can RAITHub prove its SEO works?
It points to its own ventures, run without ad spend: TheSkinProof grows organic traffic and sales, Sundor Skin's content site brings wholesale buyers through organic search, and this site ranks for its own terms. RAITHub describes the organic outcome rather than quoting figures it cannot verify.
How is progress reported?
Monthly, as trends: organic sessions, the queries you appear for, enquiries, and presence in AI answers. The report shows direction honestly rather than a single promised number.
