Careers questions

How does hiring work at RAITHub?

RAITHub is a small, founder-led studio and hires when client work needs more hands, so roles are not always open. The process is an application review, a 30-minute intro call, a practical take-home assessment, a founder interview, and a written offer — typically completed within about two weeks.

Are roles always open?

No. We list the roles we hire for — senior full-stack, QA automation and DevOps — but they open only when client work needs them. Send your details and we reply when there is a fit, and we keep applications on file for when a role opens.

Is the work remote?

Yes, RAITHub is remote-first with flexible hours. We work asynchronously with written daily handoffs, and you work directly with the founder.

How do I apply?

Use the Register-interest button on the role, or send a general application by email. Include your location and time zone, a LinkedIn or portfolio link, relevant experience, and your CV.

What stack do you use?

Next.js, React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, with a QA-first approach: every change goes through code review and CI-gated tests. QA engineers work with tools such as Playwright and Jest across automation, API and performance testing.
